Infinix has announced the release of its newly developed Windows 11 laptop, Infinix Inbook X1 and Inbook X1 Pro on the 8th of December.
According to the company’s statement, the laptop series will feature up to 512GB of NVMe storage and 16GB RAM, as well as hardware controls for the microphone and camera encased in the computer’s chassis. The company’s CEO also announced the launch of a free fire-themed smartphone, which speculations say could be the Infinix Note 11 or Note 11S.
While revealing the Inbook X1 laptop, the company said the device would come with a lightweight metal body, aircraft-grade aluminum finish, along with most of the specifications of the laptop.
The management said the Inbook X1 laptop will include 8 GB of RAM and 256GB and 512GB NVMe storage. The laptop is equipped with an Intel core i3 1005G1 and core i5-1035G processor as well as a 720-pixel webcam, microphones, SD card reader, HDMI port, an audio jack of 3.5mm, two USB Type C and Type-A connectors would come along with the device pack. Also, the laptop has a 16.3mm thickness and weighs 1.48kg.
Unlike the Inbook X1 model, the pro version will feature a 10th generation Intel Core i7-1065G7 processor, with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB of storage. In addition, the device would be characterized by Intel Iris graphics, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and v5.1 Bluetooth.
Furthermore, the Infinix Inbook X1 will also be fitted with a 14-inch Full HD display with a 180-degree viewing angle that supports full brightness of 300 nits. The two devices share certain features in terms of battery life of 55Wh Li-Po that enables 65W USB powered charging on a Type-C connector, camera and microphone switches, and a backlit keyboard.
In a related development, the CEO of the company, Anish Kapoor made a tweet suggesting that the company might be planning to launch a special version of the company’s smartphone Infinix Note 11 which is expected to launch soon.
